This 2 day elite workshop is designed for advanced and professional performers from the art forms of dance, stunt performance, fly-by-wire performance, gymnastics, cirque arts and aerial.
You will have the opportunity to work the best in the industry; a team whose combined show reels feature creative direction for Michael Jackson, Cher, Madonna, Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera Pink. And full feature films including Matrix Reloaded, Casino Royal and Sherlock Holmes.

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL WORKSHOP
Over 2 full days (18hrs) you will be working with the choreographic team, learning advanced choreography and new skills, on a new apparatus and cultivating your art form through an intense training format. Unlike most workshops, where you are in a typical class setting, you will be will working with each of the directors, Tammy Zarb, Keir Beck and Guest Choreographer Dreya Weber, and then combining them in a collaborative piece with all fellow artists and incorporating all genres; harness flying, movement, circus, stunt and aerial, allowing you to be apart of a completely unique and versitile piece.
Come prepared to be challenged, to extend past your comfort zone and push through any mental or physical boundaries. This intricate creative piece will surpass any past workshop you have taken part in, so ready yourself for 2 days of intensive training, with creative directors who you do not always have access to. This workshop has much diversity and is for the following: Dancers. Aerialists, Cirque, Gymnasts, Stunt Performers and Wire Performers. * Included in your workshop price, you will receive a 60 sec video footage of you in training to use for your artist showreels. For additional footage we will have further pricing.
An acclaimed actress, musician, aerialist and choreographer, Dreya Weber produced and stars in feature films "A Marine Story" and "The Gymnast" . Dreya conceived Pink's celebrated 2014 and 2010 Grammy performances of "Try" and "Glitter in the Air" deemed transcendent by Oprah Winfrey.
Choreographic credits include Michael Jackson, Cher, Madonna, Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera and Pink.
Tammy Zarb has trained in all styles of dance and aerial and studied the "RAD" and with various renown cirque artists around the world. Her credits include “Anti-Gravity Inc.” NYC Royal Caribbean, Dreamcast Entertainment "Tangani" Tammy has worked with Christopher Harrison, Foy Flying and Stephan Choriere (Zummanity), Jeremy Plummer and Pendulum Aerial Arts. Former students have gone onto careers with “Cirque Du Soleil”, “Cavalia”, “Cirque De La Mer” and “Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines” and have gained entrance into renowned cirque institutes such at “Ecole National de Cirque" in Montreal.
One of Australia's most respected and sought after Stunt Coordinators, specialist rigger and stunt actors nationally and internationally. Keir has been working in the film industry for 16 years. Keir's stunt action sequences can be seen in feature films such as: "Matrix Reloaded", "Matrix Revolutions", the opening sequence of "Casino Royale", "Sherlock Holmes: A game of Shadows", "Killer Elite" and most recently was Action Unit Stunt Coordinator on "Mad Max 4: Fury Road" working under director George Miller. Keir's stunt rigs are seen in "Casino Royale" and "Push" which received Torus Awards for 'Best High Work' and a nomination for "Hardest Hit"

Participants must be 18+yrs at the time of the "WHAT" workshop. "WHAT" is open to all artists from all companies and cirque institutes, and we welcome everyone to join in this once in a life time opportunity to work with the three creatives in the one collaborative space. Interstate and international students are welcome to register.
Particpants MUST have extensive prior training in one of art forms mentioned below to attend the "WHAT" workshop: aerial or circus arts, flying, dance, stunt training or gymnastics. Performance experiences in dance, aerial, gymnastics, circus arts and harness will be useful. It is highly recommended that participants be in excellent physical condition and be prepared for hours of training. Training will focus on various aerial apparatus, aerial flying, cirque and stunt scene combinations, movement, dance and more.
